Afrihost Fibre Wifi router.

I have been a loyal Afrihost customer for over 5 years now. When I signed up for their Pure Fibre deal I was provided a TP-Link router which worked fine. However 5 years down the line this router is now VERY old. I have asked Afrihost to upgrade my router with their response being, no. Even if I increase my package and pay more monthly they won't give me a new router. Their recommendation, cancel my subscription, reapply for the service on a new deal, and ill get a new router. Come on guys, seriously.
