Afrihost Fibre - The absolute WORST

I chose to sign up to their fibre out of loyalty even though it was the more expensive option.

They promised me that all I needed to do is pick up the router and plug it in. It took 2 weeks to get the wifi running, after many calls to their call centre and following up with vumatel myself.

When it finally got up and running, the router was glitchy and It wouldn't allow me to connect to more than 2 devices at a time. The activation pop up message was annoyingly insistent. I logged 6 support tickets with them via their call centre, WhatsApp line and through X. Nobody could help or even clued as to what to do beyond the script they were given.

I would not recommend them as their technical service is horrible and there is no way to escalate cases. Needless to say I have now cancelled their contract.
