Afrihost fibre support terrible

My internet is up and down every few minutes for the past 2 weeks I even resort to buying and upgrading to a new router as it would cut and reconnect even on teams calls, can you please send a person down to look at the internet and wiring, I can’t make a simple WhatsApp call without it disconnecting , even when I stream on the tv connected via cable it loads and streams and loads again. See images taken in the same minute, connecting and disconnecting, help urgently
