Afrihost fibre support

Great service while everything works, poor service once your fibre line is off. There is NO assistance whatsoever apart from your report being passed on to Open Serve. And we all know that Open Serve is part of Telkom....need I say more. 3 days now, no internet. Trying to get somebody from Afrihost to just follow up on process....nothing!!! Arrogant guy on other end, sounds like a recording, NO thinking outside the box. Does everything in this country have to go belly-up before we can go forward?
