Afrihost fibre service extremely poor and then they hold your line after cancelling.

Please stop and think when you choose Afrihost as your fibre ISP. - Do yourself a favour and just try phoning them on their landline before joining, enjoy the wait.

I had weeks of 1Mbps internet speeds while paying for a 10/10Mbps line. After cancelling and suffering through a months notice - they are still holding my fibre line and I cannot transfer to another ISP.

This is unacceptable Afrihost.
