Afrihost fibre problem not sorted after a whole week.

Afrihost fibre service for a week now has been continuously falling over. And its getting worse by the day. Initially it bombed out after a few hours. Now it bombs out every few minutes. At first they denied there was a problem in our neighbourhood, but eventually admitted the area problem yesterday. How can a communications service be so problematic for a whole week without any progress? It should be mentioned that for the previous 6 months we did not had any problems until now.
