Afrihost - fibre outage and poor service

My internet has been down for two days, and the support team doesn't respond after hours, when I'm at home to resolve the issue.

They blamed the outage on Octotel. I contacted Octotel, who informed me that there is no outage in my area. Afrihost **** to me, and have still not fixed the problem.
