Afrihost Fibre not installed

My sister Deborah Mouton signed up for fibre through Afrihost in May. Received the router very soon after that and since then NOTHING! Last week she phoned and was promised that the supervisor of Mthoko would contact her. NOTHING! This is bad service for such a supposedly great company.

Everyone around here is getting fibre quickly.
