Afrihost fibre lines supplier - ABSOLUTE DISASTER

The service from Afrihost isn't poor - it is non-existent. The fibre lines do not work. No response to complaints. Calls are logged - no feedback, no resolution. Numerous emails sent - no feedback. Cancelled the contract after two months due to Afrihost's non performance and they still wanted to charge me R1000 cancellation fee. Had to cancel the debit order via my bank to get them to stop deducting money from my account for a service I do not have.
