Afrihost Fibre is slow and router is weak!

Very disappointed in the Fibre service we are receiving. We are paying R1300 per month for far less that what other areas get for much cheaper and the quality of our line is very poor!

The speed is very slow even though SpeedTest says 18mbps. The router is weak and does not cover our whole house, even with an extender.

I am SICK of having slow internet and poor signal throughout my house and for this price I would expect a technician to come to my house to check properly, because dealing with Afrihost over the phone has returned nothing by disappointment!
