Afrihost fibre internet poor service

I have been an Afrihost fibre internet customer for 3 or 4 years. Initially Afrihost's performance & client service was excellent. Sadly this has changed dramatically in the last year. Afrihost fibre internet service is intermittent off/on, bandwidth is often less than contracted, and requests for help/client service are only responded to in one or two weeks - way too late to be of any help. I have persevered hoping this will improve, but it has not, so I am now seeking an alternate service provider - and there is a lot of competition.
