Afrihost Fibre Installation Issues

It's been a week since our fibre has been "installed" and still no one can figure out why it doesn't work. We've been patient, but the lack of dedicated effort to figure it out is getting to me. Sure, someone comes to replace a box after we send yet another message, and then basically tells us to cross our fingers and hope for the best? Is this a guessing game? The replaced box hasn't worked btw. We work from home, and this has caused us serious losses and stress. FIX IT. TODAY. or this glowing review is staying here.
