Afrihost Fibre Installation - 9 weeks and counting

I have been waiting almost 9 weeks for my Fibre line to be installed. My application was approved on the 11th of January 2020 by SADV and I live in a suburb where it should only take 2 - 3 weeks for installation, according to the confirmation I received from SADV.

Upon hearing excuse after excuse and a thousand apologies, it's come down to Afrihost blaming SADV for not approving the installation of my line, which is a flat out lie seeing that I received the confirmation email from SADV.

I have phoned and emailed numerous times and nothing has been done. I honestly don't care whose fault it is anymore, I would just like my fibre line to be installed. I feel I have been waiting long enough.

I have stated, that if my line isn't installed by the end of this week, 13 March 2020, I will be taking my business away from Afrihost and signing up with someone else. If this is the level of service I am receiving BEFORE my contract has begun, I should rather use a different provider.
