Afrihost Fibre

After reporting fibre not working via whatsupp channel, then logged formal ticket. Now 2 weeks later my fibre is still not working. All i get and only if i ask is, it s been escalated to vodacom. 3 vodacom reference on my one ticket, rediculous. They refuse to assist me in cancelling the service and want to charge me R5000 for no service.

Ive been with Afrihost for many years, having different packages - but this is terrible. STAY AWAY!
