Afrihost fibre connectivity

I would give 0 stars. Firstly connection speed over the past month or so has been fluctuating between less than 1mb to 8 mb on a 10 mb line. Secondly my connection issues has taken a turn for the worst, now there is no connection at all. Where is the customer service. Pure internet HELL
