Afrihost fibre connection

My Parents is living at Bay Place Village 1, Doornpoort, Pretoria.

Initially we requested a data package from frogfoot of 10mbps and you delivered a router. Because metro fibre did the installation at the complex the point in the house for the router to be plugged in does not fit.

Now the your employees tells my mom that you do not have a connection to bay place village, I for one know that you have problems with bay place village 2.

There is other people in the same complex that is also with afrihost and that metro fibre did supply them with the right connect to use their router supp**** by you.

The last person my mother talked to, told my mom that because metrofibre installed the fibre she must make use of them.

Apparently you do not want to connect the fibre at Bay place Village 1, you are telling my mother that you do not work with them because of previous discrepancy. while other people in the same complex have frogfoot thru afrihost and the installation for the cables was done by metrofibre. we know that you have a problem with bay place village 2, it's two different complexes. you did however delivered the router.
