Afrihost fibre bad service

Fibre promotion lies. I signed up under a promotion. Was informed fibre was available in my area. Cancelled Telkom ASDL and after more than 2 months, fibre was not available. I drove to afrihost cancelled this application and got an assurance from an agent who told me fibre would be installed in a weeks time if I resigned. I did that and fibre was available within 2 weeks.

Now I'm being told to pay for installation when installation was covered by the promotion.
