Afrihost fibre 4 days down and counting.

Afrihost is really disappointing we have had no fibre network for the past 4 days, and we are being told they are "still investigating", no notification of apology or to tell clients the problem or resolution time just dead silence, we work from home and now have to incure huge cost, to move from home to work.
