Afrihost Fibre

Fibre installation over 1 month ago, still haven't connected to internet once

Afrihost says they waiting for Openserve for an update on the fault logged, it's been almost 2 weeks since that was logged.

I can't get hold of Openserve, I've left multiple queries on their website....aaaand nothing

Afrihost just sit back, they are able to contact Openserve but can't even get the job done
