Afrihost fiber line cancel and release

I have recently moved into a new house that I am renting and the previous tenants have used TT Connect as their ONT fiber line provider and Afrihost as their service provider. The previous tenants already moved to a new house and got their fiber working in the new house with TT Connect and Afrihost but Afrihost does not want to release the line of the previous tenants to TT connect in order for them to hand it over to my provider which is VOX. This is absolute bull**** and VOX has even escalated it to TT Connect management - What is so difficult to just release the line so I can use it AFRIHOST??? and keep the previous tenant liable to pay until the end of Oct 2020 as per your cancelation policies before switching them over to the new line which is already working for them, but here I have to wait and battle with **** trying to get my fiber sorted. COME ON!!!
