Afrihost Fiber connection is worst

I was Afrihost fibre customer, initially it was working fine, and since this year January 2024 the intermittent internet connection issues started, The connection times out for about 15 to 20 seconds then it connects it looks fine for about 20 to 25 seconds then drops again, i have logged a call more then 10 times every time i log a call they asked me to do couple of checks and results were same all the time and they ask me to just monitor the line let us know if you have the same issue. this was cycling since January, THE WORST THING IS THAT I GET ONE EMAIL RESPOND IN A DAY FROM THE SUPPORT. even i asked them put me in contact with the line manager or account manager, nothing happens, such a useless support team told them to send technician to see actual problem, gave them enough time to resolve which they are failed to, today i am canceling the service, DO NOT GET INTO THIS TYPE OF ISSUE GOING WITH THE afrihost, RATHER GO WITH SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
