Afrihost Fiber Connection Cancelation

Afrihost is really disappointing, I have lodged numerous tickets, calls and still waiting for them to cancel my fiber connection (ER - Early Release). I only had the fiber connection for 2 weeks and from day one we had issues that could not be resolved, that is the reason for cancelling cant work like that.
