Afrihost Fiber

Have app**** for a fiber line at afrihost , that was install on the 21 of February 2020 is been more the 3 weeks and my line is still not working . Been calling them and and nothing is happening with this. They have used a contractor Vumatel but they also as bad as Afrihost not taking any responsibility for the service they offer to their customers. I thing they have the wrong staff working for them.
