Afrihost far worse than Eskom

Once again, unfortunately Merchant Capital has to resort to Hellopeter in order to express our deep frustration with Afrihost in the hope that Afrihost will assist. As per our previous report, Merchant Capital is failing to receive a working internet service provider product from Afrihost. After several calls and hours on the customer service line, the emails eventually come through. This is now resulting in more than a failure to receive emails, Merchant Capital is LOSING business and money due to Afrihosts complete inability to provide its basic service. Merchant Capital's experience with Afrihost makes them wish Eskom was an ISP!
