Afrihost Falsely claims and charges for 20/20 Mbps when the upload is lower than 1Mpbs

I'm paying for a 20up/20down Mbps package but after noticing that my emails send items take long, I have been testing my speed for the last few days and the highest my upload speed has been is 0.9Mbps so they are basically ripping people off. I have logged calls but they have not been able to resolve. I'm busy looking an alternative supply. Please be careful with these packages.
