Afrihost false statement of 7 Day cooling off period

In summary, Afrihost give a person 7 days cooling off period after delivery where you can return the product and get a full refund. I have app**** for the contract on the 19th January 2018 and it was delivered to me on the 1st February 2018. I have processed cancellation on the 2 February but it never went through. I phone on the 5th of February and got confirmation that this service has been canceled. On the 5th February Afrihost also went and deduct an amount that is not even making sense, even if you add up 2 months' premium the amount deducted is incorrect. On the 28th February, I talked to Afrihost and my account is not closed but suspended. I tried speaking to supervisors and managers on multiple occasions and none of them were able to assist. On the 28th February I have send Afrihost a written email gave them 14 days to rectify this issue, which have not been done. It's almost Two months later and Afrihost have not yet collect their Router and they still owing me R999.
