Afrihost false reppresentation and are liers

<p>Afrihost is utterly ridiculous!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />you should rather be called AfriGhost!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I hope all your calls are recorded, because one of your agents who sold me the line told me that AFRIHOST never throttles or shapes their uncaped lines.</p> <p>Further more, NO mentioned was EVER made when I signed up that there is a monthly CAP!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Afrihost, You are just as BAD and WORSE liers and cheats than Presendent Zuma and Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />on my nearest chance I get I am moving My account away from Afrihost.</p> <p>Futher more I a going to the consumer council and news papers.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />One more thing,</p> <p> </p> <p><br />We were without internet for a whole week because someone stole a Telkom cable for our area, now do we have to pay for this? </p> <p>So you are saying it is our fault that everybody is online in our area because Telkom line was down at some point, then the "load"on the lines are bad for Afrihost.</p> <p>Then you tell me you are shaping / throttling us?</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Can I please be credited for the week that we did not receive Internet from Afrihost for that one week?</p> <p> </p> <p><br />please see attached the screen shots which prove you LIE.</p> <p>In the attached screen shot Afrihost say Unlimited Internet Joy. That is false advertising! You just admitted that you are limiting my usage!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>You better fix this ASAP!</p>
