Afrihost false advertising and useless support

Had a problem since downgrading my service as I cannot use it for gaming. They don't tell you that when purchasing the fixed LTE package. And now for more than a week all I get is the same answer 11 times. They just don't care. End of the month they can do with 1 less customer.
