Afrihost false advertising and ********* billing systems

Please be aware of Afrihost false advertising. They do not bill you month to month as advertised. I had a billing query at the end of April and refused to pay the invoice till it was resolved by their accounts department. No usage or access to services for the month of May. I reactivated my services today 3 June 2026 and billed for May and June. When i queried this the accounts department stated that they do not bill according customer usage but rather for their rental of a fiber line from Openserve(3rd party. This is ********* as client i pay for a fibre usage and should be billed for their line rentals. I would not recommend Afrihost to anyone.
