Afrihost false advertising

Beware of possible FALSE advertising on their website. WHAT you see may NOT be what you get. On 23 November 2022, I took up an offer of 'uncapped prepaid fibre 20/10 mbps @R219 month on month '. When I requested performance of the agreement they denied that they had such an offer. The link below is a screenshot of how my account is loaded on their own system, but they are still reneging on their promise. There's never been a deduction of R219 and allocation of data as offered in spite of them having my banking details right from the onset. Instead I'm being demanded to connect by paying top up prices for a full month. The agreement is supposed to top up after the 28 days monthly allocation.
