Afrihost ****, lies!! No service!

All bad. Got a 200meg fibre line installed. After 3weeks overdue they finally had it done. Since then not one day has this fibre been over 94mbps download. Every day I take pics of the test and contact them but this has not helped one bit. Today were on 0.32 upload. Ive been told to hook.up my pc and test but we dont have a pc so now what. Surely the test results should speak for itself. But they want the payment for 200meg but this is not what im paying for. No call centre. Only whatsapp if youre lucky they reply a few hours later. Then youre made feel guilty for bothering them. My mobile device gives better connection than this fibre line.
