AFRIHOST FAILURE

I cancelled my service with RAIN early in October this year to join Afrihost because they were advertising a much better internet package (100Mbps where I was getting 20Mbps from RAIN). So I paid and received my router from Afrihost, set it up and to my disgust I only got 0.5Mbps. I have since been trying to resolve this with Afrihost via whatsapp, but it is like walking into a brick wall. We will escalate to MTN, please reset your router, please do a speed test etc. etc. etc. It is now almost time for me to pay my 2nd monthly subscription and I have not been able to even open a single web page via Afrihost and MTN. The last consultant I spoke to from Afrihost told me I don't want to cooperate because I refused to send another speed test, and he told me Afrihost is just the middle-man between MTN and myself and he is not responsible for what they do. This is pathetic, I want my money back and they can come take their router, I will go back to RAIN.
