Afrihost fails to provide reliable internet over weekends

It's Saturday afternoon and I want to watch a movie but my Internet is so slow that I can't. I upgraded my fibre to 20Mbps but this hasn't helped.

Worst of all, there is no support so nobody can help.

It's nearly 2020 and there is still no ISP that can provide reliable internet in SA ... when are you going to get this right ?

You need to ensure that the Internet is stable in peak periods namely weekends.

The problems start on Friday afternoon and then it's pathetic for the entire weekend.

Then Monday I get a response - is it sorted out ? Then it's too late ... I've missed everything I've wanted to watch.

Pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaase sort this out !!!!
