AFRIHOST FAILS TO HONOUR VALID CLIENT REFUNDS...VERY DISAPPOINTED INDEED.

I would like make a complaint regarding Afrihost business practices regarding how they deal with customers. They terminated a domain which had been active for about 20days and then still insisted that I make payment for it and once I processed payment they told me they cant reactivate my domain and said they will refund and they have now failed to process my refund as per their recommendation...as my preferred remedy would have been to continue using the domain I had registered with them and continue paying for normal domain and website/email hosting going forward.
