Afrihost Fail!!

I am generally happy with Afrihost's excellent service, but this time I have been let down badly. Cell phone lost or ****** so tried to order a sim swap on Saturday 3rd Sept only to be told I could only do it on Monday. Order put in Monday morning and today I contacted their support to enquire about the Sim only to find out that the order had yet to be sent out and could take 3 to 5 days at a cost of R249. They do not seem to understand what it like to be without communication. The device is used daily to communicate with various committees that my wife is on. Overnight courier normally less that R100. Very very poor service Afrihost!!!!!
