Afrihost ??!!

I am really disappointed with the service received form Afrihost. I recently sold my property and tried to get my fibre transferred to the new property. Apparently, the previous dwellers neglected to cancel their ISP and Afrihost could not connect a new connection to the service point. This was after sending them my lease contract three times. After 8 days without fibre I tried to cancel my account. I was then told that the cancellation would only come into effect on 01/11/2023.
