Afrihost extremely poor service

I have ADSL contract with Afrihost. I have logged a call with them 4 days ago as there seems to be a cabling issue. Each time i call and speak to a consultant, i am told that it is with Openserve cabling department and they cannot do anything. Each time i am told that they going to escalate it and call me back but nobody ever does. This type of service is horrific. Its very easy to pass the blame on to open serve however Afrihost as my service provider has handled this situation shockingly.
