Afrihost EXTREMELY poor and UNPROFESSIONAL service delivery

4 days later I'm still waiting for my router to be delivered. Their systems indicate that I had received it on 5 October 2021 but that is false. On the 8th October 2021, I'm still waiting for my router to be delivered. The consultant had the audacity to tell me to go an collect my router where they had incorrectly delivered it!!! Can you believe the THAT?!!! Why would the router be delivered to wrong apartment when I specifically stated which unit number I resided in?!!!!!!

I asked to speak to the supervisor but they were not available as they are working from home. What's the point of having a supervisor if the consultant can not escalate the issue immediately.

I have spent and equivalent of my monthly subscription fee if not more on calling them, being put on hold because they are so 'busy'.

They promise to call but never get back to me.

I am so disappointed and disgusted at the service I have received so far. What is complicated about delivering a router at the correct address of which was provided upon submitting the application.

I'm disgusted!
