Afrihost - Extremely disgusting service

I bought a website hosting package with Afrihost & have been struggling to get feedback on the progress of the website. No response to emails (***) for two weeks now. Requested a face to face appointment in September, still don't know whether this will happen or not, I sent a whatsapp today 07/10/2019 & was told to contact Afridesign on ***. I then spoke to some very rude lady who kept interrupting me & she said she will ask Danny from Afridesign to contact me. Till now, no response to emails & no call back from Danny. Of all the quotes I have received, Afrihost came out to be the cheapest, well I guess it is true that Cheap is extremely expensive
