Afrihost Extreme Poor Service

Extreme Poor Service from Afrihost. No Fiber connection for 3 weeks now. Everyday you call, and everyday it is the same story that we will have activation the next day. For almost 21 days and no successful feedback. They are unable to escalate the query to their superiors, or give me the details of their services provider to confirm it is indeed their fault, Vodacom. Can't send out Technician to successfully connect and have the routers activated. Same story and apologies every day for 3 weeks. Worst Service I have ever experienced in my life. They are rated top 5 of fiber providers. Do not recommend Afrihost at all.
