Afrihost expensive dial-up service

We got a fibre contract with Afrihost as the service provider. We could use the internet but not for downloading or streaming any movies wich is what the original plan was. I contacted Afrihost on Monday to find out after and hour that the 40 download 20upload was not sufficient as nowhere in the contract does it state that they are not allowed to throttle us. This is a R1200 monthly contract. They suggested that we get a new contract 40download 20 upload wich whould start after 24hours. When nothing worked after 24 hours not even Netflix or Showmax we contact them again to be told that the new contract will only start after 30 days. At least after I spoke to them Showmax and Netfix worked. Unfortunately today they are of again and now not even whatsupp and internet on phones works properly. Its like having an old dailup line for R1200 a month. Now they better get it right or get out of my wallet
