Afrihost - Excellent customer service personnel but internet service is non existent

Joined them because my CellC Wireless was an absolute nightmare, so got ADSL as fibre not available yet hoping that my connectivity issues would be a thing of the past. I was so wrong. Been with them now since November 2018 paying for a 10MB ADSL. Since I've been with them I reported numerous issues with the line, 4 months and still not resolved. I'm lucky if I get over 2 MB Download and upload never above 0.2 MB, yet I get billed for a 10MB. Line is incredibly unstable and constantly have disconnects as well.
