Afrihost excellent customer service

We recently moved into a new complex that already had VumaTel fibre installed. After experiencing difficulties with Axxess, I decided to switch to Afrihost.

I visited their website, signed up for fibre using my credit card, and then reached out to Afrihost fibre support. They provided clear instructions on how to activate my fibre and kept me informed of the progress after I submitted my details.

I appreciate Afrihost's excellent customer service. Every time I called their fibre support, they were incredibly helpful.

I want to acknowledge that Axxess is a good option as well. However, I believe that Afrihost has more experience working with VumaTel (from my what I experienced, it seemed like it), which allowed them to activate the fiber connection efficiently.
