Afrihost even more USELESS than Openserv.

We never had an internet connectivity problem until two months ago. After Afrihost gave us NUMEROUS little instructions via email, told us to take our router in, told us to do speed tests, told us to do trace and ping tests they informed us that the problem was the fibre line and “escalated” it to Openserv. When Openserv arrived, not only was there no fault on the line, apparently when no fault is found WE have to pay a R1400 call out fee!!!!!!!!! Afrihost NEVER EVEN INFORMED US that there is ANY kind of fee payable. When I sent a mail to complain the response what: you get exactly what you’re paying for. I mean WHAT THE ACTUAL F*CK???!!!!!!!!
