Afrihost equals headaches

WORST COMPANY!!

If you want to save yourself a lot of trouble and frustration use someone els!!

Our wifi has been up and down the last month, when trying to phone the waiting time is around 36 min and when you wait via whatsapp chat, if you are lucky 1 hour but in our case we waited between 4-12 hours for any assistance. To be honest they not replying and replying provided the same outcome. NOTHING.

They are not interested in helping because they get money but I see it as a breach of contract so I will be canceling my debit order and you are welcome to come and fetch your router as it seems like we will not be having any wifi (from yesterday, Wednesday , which was 4th of Dec till next week Monday if we are lucky!)

Regert going with you guys and I’m sure the company wont last ling and unfortunately then everyone there will be without a Job.... just because of laziness and incompetence
