Afrihost Email and Service Disruptions!

Since 2018 have had interrupted email service form Afrihost. Also unable to access their ClientZone on and off! What is very annoying and insulting is that whenever I call they claim there is nothing wrong on their side and want to check all my setting knowing full well it's their fault. This seems to have become a problem since MTN bought in! I'm not a IT fundi but seems they're having a capacity problems, as always telling us to change servers? Don't treat your customers like idiots! Very disappointing Gian! Seriously looking into moving...
