Afrihost Eic automation fail !!!

The Afrihost application process is fully automated - great? But when things don't go according to plan and you actually need to talk to a human to resolve an issue, this is where the wheels fall off and problem resolution is near impossible! Automated bots and WhatsApp's just don't work. Afrihost owes me money for zero services and my attempts to get a refund have been futile to date. Epic fail Afrihost, you wont see my business again! : -(
