Worse Service EVER. I got a new router from Afrihost a Huawei Wifi 6 Plus!!! Since then I have had an endless problems with the internet reception in my house, the previous router I had worked perfectly. To put it bluntly their new fancy Huawie Wifi 6 Plus router is useless, it does not work. I have driven to Afrihost because to get them to answer a call is rididculous, I have gone through many hundreds of rands worth of airtime just to get to the Wifi technical department on the line and you get passed from pillar to post. While they sent a team out to do a quick fix, this quick fix does not work as they said it is a temporary measure, what I need to do is buy an expensive extender. What guarantee do I have that I buy and expensive extender and then the coverage still does not work. I am fed up to the back teeth of me having to go to Afrihost to get any sevice.
