Afrihost

Not sure what is happening with afrihost. But i have been trying to setup a fibre connection for my dad for the last 3 weeks and each consultant came back with a different excuse.

1.Consultant requested vuma to do installation but as i advised them there is already an ONT box installed. So i am not sure what they want to install. as per my knowledge a line migration/activation needs to be done. I did send the consultant photos of the ONT and the serial number

Vuma already cancelled 4 times and makes appointments after we advised them that they can only come after 3 when my dad is at home from work

3.Another consultant advised they cannot establish the address. "Sorry cant help"

4. Latest consultant advised that there is an existing service and they are unable to help. (my dad has been staying there for 3months with NO fibre connection and only using his afrihost LTE Service so i dont understand after advising us they cant establish the address that they now can establish there is existing line
