Worst company ever I canceled my service with them on the 2nd of September 2024 cause of poor service I paid for the full month my fibre line was disconnected on the 10th September I was told no refund for the rest of the month I already paid for I was ok with that. Their agent also told me I won't be billed for the month of October 2024 as my line was already canceled and I had mweb installment already. By the qay Mweb excellent service. Just today 20th September I received an invoice from Afrihost stating I have to pay for October also this after my line has already been disconnected I now have to pay for another full month without receiving any service from them. I will never deal with them again and I won't refer anybody to them rather use Mweb or any other service provider.
